CIDER APPLE VINEGAR +

Back To Digestion

CIDER APPLE VINEGAR+ (Unfiltered)   FOR HORSES
(Also very beneficial for people, pets and farm animals)

Natural Approach

It is possible to find all the nutrients needed by your horse in man made chemical compounds. But research has shown that very large amounts are required, as in this form the nutrients cannot be used easily by the body, and the vast majority of them are simply eliminated. You end up with an expensive manure heap!  Using natural sources of nutrients in food form, means your horse gets the full value immediately with little or no waste.  Grasses, herbs, grains, vegetables and fruit are all excellent sources of nutrients and  Unfiltered Cider Apple Vinegar is made from whole sweet red apples. Chemicals can be treated to be bio-available or chelated to improve their use by the body.

Nutrients

Cider Apple Vinegar+ (unfiltered)  provides enzymes and important minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulphur, chlorine, phosphorus, iron, silicon and other trace minerals.  Vitamins bioflavonoids (Vit P),beta-carotene (precurser to Vit A), Vitamins C, E, B1, B2 and B6,  tannins from the crushed cell walls of fresh apples as well as malic acid, tartaric acid, propionic acid, Acetic acid and pectin as well as other powerful nutrients.

Health Benefits

Cider Apple Vinegar+ (unfiltered) provides nutritional support to a whole range of areas including

  • The Immune System,  the body's natural defence mechanism against infections

  • The Digestive System, ensuring best use is made of the food nutrients given

  • Detox of liver and kidneys, a vital process effecting the laminitis prone and general
    health

  • Healthy Joints, decalcifying where necessary and increasing comfort and mobility levels

  • Bones, ensuring good quality and condition of bones, hooves and coat

  • Blood vessels, ensuring healthy arteries

  • Parasites, helps repel  both parasites and pests (can be used topically in a spray)

Feeding rates

About 25ml to 50ml per 100kg bodyweight - use the lower rate for maintenance and the higher when needed. An average 16.2h horse is about 500kg and would need 125ml to 250ml daily best divided between 2 feeds approx.12 hours apart. It can be added to the drinking water as an alternative. Always introduce new items to feed very gradually taking 3 or 4 days to build to the correct amount to allow your horse to get used to new taste and in the rare case of any reaction. 1Lt will last an average 500kg horse 4 to 8 days (5Lt  20 to 40 days)
